Greetings! My name is Danny Flynn and I am the owner of Iron Skillet Fitness LLC, an online coaching and personal training service.  I have worked for nearly 20 years in the field of sports medicine as a physical therapist, licensed athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist. I have also been a Stoneybrook resident since 2009.

I have a diversified background that ranges from working full time with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes as well as part time working with the elderly in a home health setting. Prior to my career in athletics, I worked for a number of years cooking professionally.

At various times throughout the year, I will be hosting special events in which Stoneybrook residents are eligible to sign up for a free screening at the Stoneybrook fitness center. I am providing this opportunity for individuals that are looking to improve their physical function, but may be somewhat intimidated by the idea of a traditional personal trainer. 

Residents with a history of injury, chronic pain, or have a fear of falling are encouraged to sign up! Availability is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
