Stoneybrook East Residents

Greetings! My name is Danny Flynn and I am the owner of Iron Skillet Fitness LLC, an online coaching and personal training service.  I have worked for nearly 20 years in the field of sports medicine as a physical therapist, licensed athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist. I have also been a Stoneybrook resident since 2009.

I have a diversified background that ranges from working full time with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes as well as part time working with the elderly in a home health setting. Prior to my career in athletics, I worked for a number of years cooking professionally.

At various times throughout the year, I will be hosting a few “pop up” type events in the community fitness center. These events may include things such as functional screenings which can include mobility, strength, or falls prevention.

Additionally, be on the lookout for days when I am offering “Recovery Sessions” which can include soft tissue work, stretching, compression therapy, and electrical stimulation.

Please be advised that all services provided by Iron Skillet Fitness are in the realm of physical fitness and general wellness, and not to be considered medical care. If you are currently injured or require medical care, please consult with your physician.
