About Us
Iron Skillet Fitness LLC is an online coaching and consultation service for busy individuals looking to improve their overall fitness and actually enjoy eating more nutritionally. Our clients have busy and dynamic schedules, so scheduling 1 on 1 workouts with a personal trainer is often too difficult to adhere to on a consistent basis. Our platform allows individuals to achieve their goals on their own schedule.
Founder and head trainer, Danny Flynn is a licensed doctor of physical therapy, state licensed and board certified athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. Danny has 20 years of professional experience working with athletes at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels. His extensive background in sports medicine makes him uniquely qualified to provide fitness advice to clients that may have a history of injury or medical illness.
Prior to his medical and fitness career, Danny spent a number of years working professionally in the culinary industry. He still considers cooking one of his passions and is highly motivated to use this experience to teach individuals how to improve their cooking skills so they may enjoy eating more nutritionally.
